Delivery

All of my jewellery is London made and made to order.

It can take up to 12 working days before your order is shipped. Please be patient with me, I am working as hard as I can to get it out to you as quickly as possible. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like to get an estimated delivery time before you purchase something from my on-line shop. Contact me on: studio@karinandreassonjewellery.com

I have added ‘Click & Collect’ as a way of getting your jewellery to you. If your order contains pieces that are available for ‘Click & Collect’ it will automatically come up as a delivery option at check out.

Due to new regulations since the UK left the European Union, Karin Andréasson Jewellery no longer ships to European countries.

Mainland UK:

Once your jewellery is made, your order is shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a secure, next working day delivery service and requires a signature upon arrival. You’ll receive a confirmation email ones your order has been shipped.

If you do not receive your parcel within the stated delivery time you can contact me and I will provide you with a tracking number with which you can trace your parcel.

International Delivery:

International deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed for, a secure international delivery service which requires a signature upon arrival.

Your order will arrive within 3-10 working days from date of dispatch.

If you do not receive your parcel within the stated delivery time you can contact me and I will provide you with a tracking number with which you can trace your parcel.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Karin Andréasson Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.

Customs duty and Import tax

International deliveries from the UK, may incur customs duty and import tax when your parcel arrives in your country. As the buyer, you are the importer of goods and therefore responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. This charge varies from country to country and it is charged by your country's customs and tax department, for further information about this please contact this department in your country. Karin Andréasson Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any of the above charges.

Return/refund policy

All of my jewellery is made to order, so I'm unable to offer refunds. However, if there's a fault with your item—which is very rare—please get in touch with me at studio@karinandreassonjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving it, and I’ll arrange an exchange for you.

Please make sure the item is returned unworn, in its original packaging, and securely packed. I can’t take responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit due to insufficient packaging.
